The villa sits on an 8,000 m² plot with stunning views of Valencia. The bedroom floor has five bedrooms that sleep ten people. This floor has two full bathrooms and large balconies and terraces that fill the rooms with natural light, and all the bedrooms have air conditioning and heating. On the ground floor there are two toilets (one of them accessible), a cozy kitchen-living room with a fireplace and TV, and another large living room with a foosball table. The grounds are fully landscaped and include a large grassy area where you can play soccer.

The property has a marquee attached to the house and a hut next to a large fenced pool and a tennis court, where you can play during the day on an amateur basis (the court is not in perfect condition, but if you still want to use it, you can do so free of charge). There is an underground nightclub, available on request and at an extra cost (please ask). There is a charcoal-only barbecue (wood is not allowed in the barbecue) and a specific spot for making a fire, which we call the “Viking fire”, although it is only permitted during certain months of the year when there is no risk of wildfires.

The ground-floor kitchen has two industrial refrigerators, large-capacity cookware and utensils, a large griddle, a dishwasher, a stove, a microwave, a coffee machine and a gas burner for making paellas. The keys to the property are in a coded lockbox with 24-hour access. The lockbox code will be sent to the guest via WhatsApp or email, along with the house rules. The host provides phone numbers for paella delivery and for takeaway food such as Chinese restaurants or Telepizza. Dogs are allowed, as long as you notify us in advance.
